Service Description

REFUND POLICY: If the client is a no show to the lesson for that day, that lesson will be subtracted from the total lesson pack and the session is essentially used or lost. There will be no refunds for this product as whole once purchased. RESCHEDULE POLICY: 24 hr notice is required.The client can reschedule only 1 time per lesson. Contact the instructor for more details. each instructor has their own policies, some are more flexible than others TIME SENSITIVE POLICY: The pack must be used within 16 - 18 weeks of the purchase date. We understand things come up so speak with the instructor to be on the same page about time sensitive packs. We have a time sensitive policy because we believe in consistency to help the athlete learn and perform to the best of their ability. Too much time between lessons may hinder or affect the process.
