Frequently asked questions
The down payment covers the uniform package , a portion or all of tournament , practice and field costs. Depends on the payment option you pick.
If you have participated with us, you receive a new uniform package after 2 full seasons ( Fall & Spring ).
The recurring fee covers portions of coaches pay, practice fields, tournaments, indoor facilities/workouts, equipment etc. Monthly Fees are required from August - December ( Fall Season) and/or January - May ( Spring Season ). The league and not all tournament fees are not included in this recurring fee. There is an option to partially pay on the down payment. As long as the down payment is paid before season starts or before the first practices then we are flexible to help out but please keep in mind that this may affect when you receive your uniform package and other items.
Monthly dues being paid late can affect our ability to get into tournaments so please be mindful about when you pay your monthly dues. If you are having issues contact the owner immediately.
Monthly dues are to be paid at the end of the month, the last day or the 1st of the month. Consistent late payments may result in playing time be reduced or removal from the organization.
When monthly dues have been paid there are no refunds under any circumstances.
Monthly and extra tournament payments will include a 3% processing fee through stripe.
Please note: Cash flow 💵 impacts our ability to register and prepay for tournaments. Selecting the highest payment option helps ensure we secure tournament spots ✅ without delays or waitlist risks ⏳. While we understand that not every family can commit to this option, it is highly preferred if possible—for the benefit of the team as a whole.
If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please reach out to the owner directly—we’re committed to working with you 🤝.

1. Mid-Season Departures (During Any Active Season) If a player or family is considering leaving Krigare Athletics to join a different team in the middle of an active season, we require a minimum of 2–3 weeks' written notice. This allows us time to adjust rosters, communicate with the team, and maintain program consistency.
2. End-of-Fall Season Departures (December) If you plan to leave the program after the fall season ends in December, we ask that you provide written notice no later than December 1st. 📅 This helps us prepare for spring rosters, scheduling, and offseason development plans.
3. End-of-Spring Season Departures (July) If you intend to leave the program after the spring season, we ask that notice be given no later than mid-July. 📆 This gives us time to finalize rosters and logistics for the upcoming fall season.
