About

This online throwing mechanics program is designed to develop efficient, repeatable throwing mechanics so players can throw with more accuracy, more velocity, and better arm health. Throwing is one of the most important skills in baseball and softball, yet it’s often misunderstood. This program breaks down how the body moves, transfers energy, and delivers the ball so athletes can throw more effectively and consistently. The program includes 11 modules and more than 90 detailed submodules that cover every major component of the throwing motion. Players learn arm path, sequencing, lower-half engagement, direction, timing, release position, accuracy, arm care, and velocity development—everything that goes into building a strong, efficient throwing motion. Each lesson combines video instruction with written prompts that reinforce the concepts being taught, helping athletes understand not just what to do, but why it works. The program also includes a full drill library, giving players practical ways to train and apply each concept. Athletes also receive access to a private group chat connected to the program, where they can ask questions, submit videos for feedback, and engage with other athletes in the community. The chat also allows direct communication with the program’s creator, Marcus Jensen, for additional insight and guidance. The goal is simple: help athletes understand the throwing motion, train with purpose, and build efficient mechanics that translate directly into game performance.
