Catching Baseball Program

This online catching program is designed to develop complete catchers—not one-dimensional receivers. Catching is one of the most demanding positions in baseball, requiring a strong understanding of receiving, blocking, throwing, game management, pitcher communication, and defensive leadership behind the plate. The program includes 17 modules and more than 150 detailed submodules that break down every major part of catching development. Catchers learn stances, receiving mechanics, pitch framing, blocking, footwork, throwing mechanics, pop time efficiency, controlling the running game, pitch calling, game management, positioning, and the mental side of catching—everything that goes into becoming a complete catcher. Each lesson combines video instruction with written prompts that reinforce the concepts being taught, helping catchers understand not just what to do, but why it works. The program also includes a full drill library, giving athletes practical ways to train and apply each concept. Players also get access to a private group chat connected to the program, where they can ask questions, submit videos for feedback, and interact with other athletes in the community. The chat also allows direct communication with the program’s creator, Marcus Jensen, providing additional guidance and instruction. The goal is simple: help catchers understand the game at a deeper level, lead the defense, and develop into complete catchers who can control the field and compete with confidence.
